Emergency First Aid At Work
6 Hours
Our Emergency First Aid at Work (EFAW) training is a 1-day first aid training course that builds confidence & teaches skills so you can deal with life-threatening first aid emergencies.
Considered the national standard, this course covers a broad range of topics.
The course is tailored for people working in low-risk environments and for the general public wishing to learn new skills.
First Aid At Work Requalification
12 Hours
The First Aid at Work Requalification course is tailored for those who have already completed a 3-day (18 Hour) First Aid at Work (FAW) Qualification.
The refresher course is just 12 hours (run over 2 days), and as long as it is completed before your FAW has expired, it allows you to renew your full FAW for another 3 years.

This comprehensive course will provide you with an in-depth understanding of a broad range of first aid techniques and scenarios.This qualification is often a requirement if you work in environments such as construction, manufacturing or hospitality.

Outdoor First Aid Courses

Emergency Outdoor First Aid
8 Hours
This course will provide essential life saving skills when operating outdoors. You will cover all of the same syllabus as the Emergency First Aid at Work (EFAW) course but tailored for outdoor situations.
Highly practical and tailored for your setting and activity (i.e. cycling, walking or coaching).
Suitable for some outdoor instructor awards (please check with your own governing body).
2 Day Outdoor First Aid
16 Hours
This course is the benchmark outdoor first aid qualification required for most UK NGB Outdoor Instructor Awards
Tailored to meet the requirements of those working away from immediate assistance in the remote and rural regions of the UK & abroad.

Paediatric First Aid Courses

3 Hours - Beginners Course
The Parent & Child Emergency Basics course is perfectly tailored for new or expecting parents that want to learn how to deal with any emergencies with their baby or young child.
As a new parent there are so many things to constantly think about and first aid should be something you feel confident to deliver. A short course in the emergency basics can really put your mind at ease.

This first aid course is suitable for everyone as it provides participants with the toolkit and knowledge to recognise a suspected mental health condition and the skills to start a conversation and be able to aid a person towards professional help.
Everybody would benefit from this course, whether you are a young teen or a grandparent and it is a great stepping stone into further Mental Health first aid.
First Aid For Mental Health
6 Hours
This first aid course is suitable for everyone but has been specifically designed for employers looking to provide a positive mental health culture within the workplace.
You will build a comprehensive understanding on a range of the most common mental health conditions and the skills needed to act should a condition be suspected.
Individuals undertaking this course can be considered First Aiders for Mental Health and a point of contact within the workplace to help and support those with a suspected mental health condition.
Supervising First Aid For Mental Health
12 Hours
This first aid course builds on the First Aid for Mental Health qualification. You will cover a wider range of mental health conditions and go into further detail on the range of professional support options that are available.
This course is suitable for any individual in the workplace but is aimed at those who hold a supervisory/managerial position and who have responsibility for implementing a positive mental health culture and responsibility for First Aid for Mental Health within the organisation.

Basic Life Support
3 Hours
Our Basic Life Support course will give all attendees the skills and confidence to act in an emergency. You will be taught how to provide the casualty with critical life saving assistance until support arrives.
You will also be trained in the safe use of an Automated External Defibrillator (AED) and is delivered following the protocols set by the Resuscitation Council (UK) Guidelines.
Epipen Training
3 Hours
Our Anaphylaxis and EpiPen training course will teach candidates how to administer an Epipen.
As EpiPens are now commonplace in the working environment and common in schools it is essential that you understand how to use them.
