Keeping everyone safe

Our Covid Secure Approach

Dear valued client

We are pleased to confirm that over this difficult period we have been able to implement robust ‘COVID secure’ updates to our training regime and are now in a position to offer courses again.

We are confident that these measures allow us to begin the important work of training people in First Aid in a safe environment, following Government safety protocols.

If you would like to book training we have a full calendar of open courses happening every week and can run private courses for groups of 4 or more people.

If you can’t find a date that fits but are interested to now proceed with your training please get in touch as we are willing to be flexible around you.

We understand this has been a distressing time and we are very happy to discuss any concerns you have and will work with you to ensure that you receive the training and qualification you need.

Daily Monitoring
Currently we are operating as normal so please do not hesitate to get in touch should you have any questions relating to either Covid-19 or our services.

We will continue to review this on a daily basis and will update our website accordingly.

Should you have any questions in relation to the above please do not hesitate to contact us.

Kind regards

The First Aid Bristol Team

Changes to First Aid Training

Safeguarding Our Clients
We have extensive experience delivering training courses to people that work in sectors of care and support and we understand the potential risk to those around us.

We are meeting with all trainers on a daily basis to debrief on the courses that have been run and the health monitoring of all that attend including the trainer.

If for any health related reason, you need to postpone your course to a later date we are of course very happy to accommodate this free of charge.

Some of the changes now in place include:

  • Limited class sizes
  • Adherence to social distancing requirements at all times
  • Changes to our teaching techniques for some of the practical activities
  • Some courses to include online “Zoom” sessions
  • Hand sanitising stations for use on arrival and throughout the session
  • Free masks available upon arrival
