Description
The First Aid at Work course is a 3 day course designed for anyone over 16 years of age that will be a nominated First Aider in the Workplace. This course meets the requirements of the HSE and is valid for a period of three years.
There is a 20 minute test at the end of the course, candidates must demonstrate that they are competent to deal with an unconscious casualty, resuscitation and bleeding.
This course is very practical and we use scenarios to re-enforce the learning , we want candidates to feel that they are confident to deal with first aid emergencies should they occur. Instructors have much experience with real life emergencies and they bring this knowledge to the classroom. There will be plenty of time for questions and answers
