Description
The Emergency First Aid at Work course is suitable for anyone who wishes to become a qualified first aider in the workplace. It is also suitable for individuals who want to gain a basic understanding of first aid and who want to gain the confidence to administer it in emergency situations.
The course follows the recommendations of the HSE but we can tailor make the course to suit individual group requirements. This course is 6 hours long and will give candidates the EFAW certificate which lasts for 3 years.
This course is very practical and we use scenarios to re-inforce the learning which empowers candidates to act in first aid emergencies. The instructors have much experience in real life first emergencies and bring this knowledge to the classroom. There will be plenty of time for questions and answers.
